WE ARE A NEW CHURCH, so we may not yet have all the ministries as a full grown church. But we are planning to have those ministries in the near future.
WORSHIP SERVICE: We usually start things with a few announcements of the latest news in the church. Then we have a small band leading us in worship music. Our worship team will ask the congregation to stand and sing with them. Singing is a way to worship God. Therefore, we call the band a worship team. The lyrics to the songs are projected onto the movie screen. If you don't know the songs, that's okay, you can just listen along and read the lyrics. Some Scripture is also usually read either from someone upfront, or the words are projected on the screen.
MESSAGE FROM THE BIBLE: After four or five songs from the worship team. There is a 20-30 minute teaching time from one of the pastors. The teaching is based on the Bible, and our desire is to learn about the God of the Bible and what it means to have a relationship with His Son, Jesus Christ. After the teaching there is usually one more song from the worship band.
CHILDREN’S PROGRAMS: We have children’s Sunday school offered for children 1 year and up in the Spielberg Room of the theatre during the worship service, which is located across the hall from theater #11 where we hold our service. Children can worship with us during the music portion and are then welcome to attend children’s Sunday school during the teaching time through the remainder of the service. They will be in Sunday school for approximately a half hour.
